    • Favorite Reports Dashboard Card
      • You can now add reports to your favorite list by clicking the ‘Star’ icon to the right of all reports. 
      • These ‘Favorite’ reports will then show in the ‘Favorite Reports’ card in your Dashboard. You can access these reports directly by clicking on the links in your dashboard card. 

Updated 

    • Timesheet has an updated look with a cleaner calendar. The week buttons are gone and you can click on any day of the calendar to be taken to the time entry for that week.
    • The dropdown list to select a pay period in Timesheet now shows the months/pay periods in descending order.
    • For Bi-Weekly and Weekly timesheets, the dropdown list for pay periods shows fewer periods. You can select additional periods by clicking the ‘Additional Periods’ button above the dropdown.
    • Recruiters now have to provide a reason for editing a PO after creation. Just type in your reason for editing the PO in the popup box.
    • Leave application for PTO was restricted to only apply for allowed PTO hours in the Time-Off module.
    • Dashboard:
      • Using the Settings (Admin), ‘General Config’ tab, you can configure a dashboard card to: 
        • link to external web pages by clicking the ‘External Domain’ checkbox.
        • browse and select a file from your local machine and upload it so it can be accessed by clicking on its link in the dashboard card.
    • Immigration Module:
      • ‘Immigration’ flag introduced in Admin Settings-> General Config-> Company Info popup box.
      • Selecting this flag enables the ‘Immigration’ module in the HR menu items.
      • The immigration module allows you to view a list of employees with the ‘H1B’ status.
      • By clicking the ‘Edit Details/View Docs button, you can maintain immigration-related information such as I-94 number and expiration date.
      • Any changes made to the Worksite tab are also updated in the Employee Create/Edit module.
      • Documents uploaded via this module are also available for viewing in Reports->Public Access Files.
    • Project-Based Timesheets:
      • ‘Proj Based TS’ flag introduced in Admin Settings-> General Config-> Company Info popup box.
        • Selecting this flag means that employees can only record time against projects they are assigned to. 
        • After the expiration of their assigned project, either the project may be extended or they may be assigned to a new project.
    • Invoicing:
      • From the list of invoices, click on an employee name. Select employee/s in the popup and send an SMS message to remind them to submit their timesheet to expedite invoicing. 
      • Show the open balance and overdue balance in the reports

      • New ‘Custom Timesheet Details’ Report was added to the Approvers report tab. Here you can view the timesheet details entered by employees with timesheets marked ‘Custom TS’. 
      • New ‘Custom Report’ added to the HR reports tab to query employees’ information based on fields selected.
      • ‘Save to PDF’ functionality added to Utilization and ‘Custom TS Details (Approver tab)’ report.
    • Sales Order Creation:
      • Fixed Sales Orders:
        • An ‘Approver’ field was added to the ‘Project Info’ tab to track the approver for the sales order.
        • ‘Project Cap Hours’ and ‘Invoice Cap Hours’ fields added for tracking time.
      • T&M Sales Orders: While creating a sales order for ‘Contractor’ type employees, a new tab for ‘Supplier’ will be shown. Here, you can select a supplier from the existing suppliers’ list or create a new supplier who is then added to the suppliers’ list for the future. This supplier will be integrated during billing through Quickbooks.

    • Resource Allocation Module:
      • Projects are shown in two lists- Active and Inactive project lists.
      • Approvers will only see projects assigned to them in their Resource Allocation list; Super Admin sees all projects.
      • Better validation of project start/end dates enforced while adding employees to projects.

    • Employee Central:
      • ‘Gender’ and ‘Ethnicity’ fields were added to the ‘Personal’ info tab.
      • Employees can be marked as ‘Floater’ by checking a box in the ‘Pay Config’ tab.
    • Reports:
      • The new ‘EEO Report’ provides a demographic breakdown of the employer’s workforce by race and gender.
      • Approver (Project Time Approval Report): You can now narrow down the ‘Project Time Approval’ list entries by Project- simply select the desired project from the dropdown after selecting the time period and generating the report.
      • Added the Balance PTO field in the HR vacation report.
    • SMS messaging functionality was added to the application. 
      • In Reports-> Payroll, select employees and click the ‘Send SMS Reminder’ button to send a text message to selected employees reminding them to submit their timesheets.
        • You can also use this functionality to send your own custom messages.
      • In the Resource Allocation module, you can select Employees and send a text message to check on their availability for a project by clicking the ‘SMS Employees’ button.
        • You can view their responses in the ‘View Responses’ tab.
    • Invoicing:
      • Payment integration with Quickbooks was added.

Updated

    • Resource Allocation Module:
      • Employee projects can be extended using the module, however, the project end date must be within 15 days of the present date.
        • After the grace period of 15 days for the extension period, you can add an employee again to the project by using the ‘Add Employees’ button.
      • ‘Floater’ type employees are distinguished in the add employee dropdown by showing the floater word in parenthesis next to their name in the list.

    • Disciplinary Module:
      • When an employee exhibits undesirable behavior on duty, managers can record the incident using this module. Select the Employee, date, location, and type of activity and add comments.
      • The list of disciplinary actions can be viewed in Reports->Approver and Reports->HR tabs.

      • The Utilization Report was completely revamped. You can view entries grouped by Employees, Projects, or Clients by selecting the corresponding field in the table header.
      • Approver-> Timesheet report added
      • Option to rehire inactive employees added: using the HR->Employee->Inactive Employee option, you can select an inactive employee and rehire them.
    • Invoicing:
      • Integration with Quickbooks enhanced to support multiple selections of invoices to be sent to QuickBooks.
      • In the Invoice Updation tab, we introduced the payment method (ACH and Check) in the dropdown.
      • During Invoice Generation, the amount to be invoiced is populated in the “Invoice Amount’ text box, but the accountant can change this amount based on what is to be invoiced depending on other conditions. 
      • Multiple invoices can now be selected for updating in the Invoice Updation tab.
