Sub-Contractor Onboarding Dashboard:
Initiate PO tab is implemented in sub-contractor on-boarding dashboard, where HR can initiate the signing process of PO agreement. PO agreement will be auto-populated with work order data and initiated from the adobe platform for E-Signing between the procurement department and suppliers.

In Time & Material
BGC documents are captured in On-boarding document list with respect to contractors assigned to work order.
In Account rep tab, provision is given to add multiple recipients for the invoice with ease.
Enhancement feature of enable invoice edit in account rep tab allows editing of time sheet hours while generating invoice, making the process even more flexible and convenient. With this feature enabled, changes to the time sheet hours can be made without having to start the invoice creation process over from scratch.
In connection with the projects that are expired, project extension grace period has been extended to 30 days.
Under Immigration Documents, categorization capabilities have been enhanced to easily organize and manage the immigration documents. New documents can be added based on their respective category, and even move existing documents to the appropriate category using our intuitive Move option.

Invoice Timesheet Attachment feature,
Provision has been given to attach the employee uploaded - client approved timesheet and send the attachments along with the invoice in email during invoice generation

Internal Project module,
Provision to add Internal Project as a Work Order has been newly implemented, with minimal details of the project.
It is mainly used for in-house projects, allocating resources can be done for the same in Resource Allocation.
Quick Book Integration,
Quick Books is now integrated with the application for the Vendor, Customer details and Payment terms.
The data from the Quick Books are fetched and displayed in the application, under the new tab called ‘ Q’ Book Integration ‘. The data from this tab can be updated in the application
The Vendor and Customer data will get updated in Partner Details.

Invoice download option has been implemented in Invoice Updating, Invoice Report and Pending Payments tab. This is mainly implemented in order to view the Hours, Rate and Discount details of the original invoice.
By clicking the Invoice Number, the respective Invoice will get downloaded for viewing and can also be saved in the system
Welcome Email generation,
Initiation of welcome email to the contractor on initiating a Sub-Contractor onboarding request by a Sales personnel.
The email consists of a welcome note with their designation, client name and the start date of the project.
Sub-Contractor Onboarding feature introduced, which enables the company to onboard a new supplier company and also onboard the contractor from the Supplier company and create a work order for the contractor.
All the documents to be signed by the parties can be initiated through Adobe platform to have the e-signature, and other documents can be uploaded through the system and maintained.

Improved workflow for Sales Orders so they have to be approved by an Admin before employees can be assigned. This adds a layer of validation for rates.
Employees can now upload files such as identification documents during Onboarding. Once the Pre-hire approval process is complete, the files will be visible in the Employee Central Onboarding submodule.
‘Gender’ and ‘Ethnicity’ fields were added to the ‘Personal’ info tab.
Employees can be marked as ‘Floater’ by checking a box in the ‘Pay Config’ tab.

Approver (Project Time Approval Report): You can now narrow down the ‘Project Time Approval’ list entries by Project- simply select the desired project from the dropdown after selecting the time period and generating the report.

SMS messaging functionality was added to the application.
In Reports-> Payroll, select employees and click the ‘Send SMS Reminder’ button to send a text message to selected employees reminding them to submit their timesheets.
You can also use this functionality to send your own custom messages.
In the Resource Allocation module, you can select Employees and send a text message to check on their availability for a project by clicking the ‘SMS Employees’ button.
You can view their responses in the ‘View Responses’ tab.
Payment integration with Quickbooks was added.
Resource Allocation Module:
Employee projects can be extended using the module, however, the project end date must be within 15 days of the present date.
After the grace period of 15 days for the extension period, you can add an employee again to the project by using the ‘Add Employees’ button.
‘Floater’ type employees are distinguished in the add employee dropdown by showing the floater word in parenthesis next to their name in the list.
Moved the hosting environment from AWS to the Secure Microsoft Azure platform

The Utilization Report was completely revamped. You can view entries grouped by Employees, Projects, or Clients by selecting the corresponding field in the table header.

Option to rehire inactive employees added: using the HR->Employee->Inactive Employee option, you can select an inactive employee and rehire them.
Integration with Quickbooks enhanced to support multiple selections of invoices to be sent to QuickBooks.
In the Invoice Updation tab, we introduced the payment method (ACH and Check) in the dropdown.
During Invoice Generation, the amount to be invoiced is populated in the “Invoice Amount’ text box, but the accountant can change this amount based on what is to be invoiced depending on other conditions.
Multiple invoices can now be selected for updating in the Invoice Updation tab.
